Really impressed with the quality. The fabric feels beautiful, the stitching is neat, and nothing feels cheap. Honestly looks more expensive than it was.

Wore these all weekend in Savannah and walked everywhere in them. So comfortable from morning to night, and they looked great with everything I packed.

Ordering online always makes me nervous because sizing can be all over the place. I followed the size chart, ordered my usual size, and everything fit perfectly. It was refreshing not having to deal with returns for once.

Wore the Opium flats to my granddaughter’s graduation and was on my feet most of the day. So comfortable I honestly forgot I was wearing new shoes.

I emailed with a sizing question before ordering and got such a helpful response. It gave me the confidence to order, and I was even happier when my package arrived.

I’ve been disappointed ordering clothes online before, so I was hesitant. So glad I ordered! Everything looked like the photos, the fabric feels beautiful, and the fit is perfect. First order from The Hayes Family and I’m so happy :) xx

Bought this for a work trip to Boston and ended up wearing it almost every day. It’s warm and comfortable without feeling too bulky, and I got so many compliments on it. Looks much more expensive in person.

One family. One dream. More than 20 years of memories. ✨

Twenty years ago, our family opened a small boutique with one simple idea: to offer women timeless pieces that feel beautiful, comfortable, and effortless to wear.

What began as a family dream has become more meaningful than we ever imagined. Thanks to women like you, The Hayes Family is more than a boutique. It’s a community built on trust, warmth, and a love for timeless style inspired by life along the coast.

Our family has grown alongside the boutique, and today we feel fortunate to continue this journey together. From one generation to the next, our values remain the same: personal service, thoughtfully chosen pieces, and treating every customer like family.

As we celebrate 20 years as a family-owned boutique, we want to say thank you. Your support has kept our little family dream alive, and we will never take that for granted.

To celebrate, enjoy up to 80% off during our anniversary sale, with even greater savings when you add more of your favorite pieces.

With love ♥
